1. INVOLVE
The Vault Process all starts with guys like you.
We explore how we can make those challenges better and what amazing New Zealand ingredients can help. Some of the things we’ve found out are guys want things to be naturally based, easy to order, simple to use and are of quality. Then, we’re ready to start designing prototypes!
2. DESIGN
We work with recognized New Zealand skin experts to create samples based on what we’ve learned.
These experts bring the vision to life with sensitive skin friendly solutions, ingredients that work together and build a formula for men’s skin.
3. TEST
This is when we bring the samples back to the guys.
Overtime, they send us feedback about how the samples are going and what they’d change. Once we have gathered this information we continue to iterate with them until we’ve settled on a formula.
This is the part which can be the longest and most challenging. It can take up to 6 months before we’ve settled on a product where the guys are happy and the product is available to you at a good price. It is challenging and very rewarding to deliver where all the moving parts are happy!
4. DELIVER.
Once we are all settled, we are ready to deliver.
This is when we are 100% confident that we’ve done all we can to make a kick-ass product. The product is sent to our world class factory in Nelson, New Zealand to manufacture so that it’s available for you to experience.
